The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for leading the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all visual elements align with brand standards and project objectives. This role collaborates closely with the Creative Director to prioritize work, independently lead and manage projects with minimal oversight, and contribute to continuous improvements in creative processes. The Senior Graphic Designer designs engaging creative concepts across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media, and supports the team with project management tools and process optimization.

Deliver a minimum of 10 high-impact design projects quarterly, aligned with marketing goals.Independently lead and manage key design projects, demonstrating ownership and accountability.Implement process improvements resulting in faster project turnaround times.Maintain 100% adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverables.Collaborate with marketing partners to enhance engagement metrics on visual content.Develop and execute at least two new creative testing strategies annually.Provide mentorship and skill development opportunities for junior designers.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative expertise.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools.Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and lead projects independently.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
