We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to drive our Product-Led Growth (PLG) marketing strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for accelerating customer journeys, increasing product adoption, and driving innovation through experimentation to boost engagement and organic expansion. You will lead a talented team and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Analytics, and Operations to optimize the customer journey from acquisition to activation, usage, and retention.
The impact you will have:
Define and execute a comprehensive PLG marketing strategy across acquisition, activation, onboarding, monetization, and expansion. Continuously test, monitor, and optimize marketing programs to maximize conversion, engagement, and customer lifetime value. Mobilize global marketing resources, including PR, social media, digital marketing, SEO, field marketing, product marketing, and operations, to amplify PLG initiatives. Develop targeted messaging and compelling content that resonates with audience pain points and drives action. Define and track key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of PLG initiatives and drive continuous improvement. Oversee growth funnel optimization, ensuring smooth transitions from customer acquisition to activation, retention, and expansion. Oversee a high-performing team and lead cross-functional collaboration to drive user acquisition, conversion, adoption, usage, and retention. Lead and mentor a high-performing team of growth marketers, fostering a culture of experimentation, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.What we look for:
10+ years of product or marketing growth experience in B2B. Proven track record of driving significant user and revenue growth through product-led initiatives Experience building and leading high-performing teams Strong analytical skills with experience in experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making Track record of successful cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management Ability to distill large amounts of data, derive insights and communicate results.

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
