Amazon is investing heavily in building a world-class Advertising business and the WW GTM team plays a core role in delivering the right insights and internal tools to our Ad Sales teams. We are looking for a passionate, result-oriented, inventive, and influential Sr. Go-to-Market (GTM) Specialist to drive GTM of SE&I’s workflows and insights. The GTM team focuses on the customer gaps /opportunities by driving cross-functional activities connecting Product, Insights, Marketing, Sales and Operations teams. GTM implements mechanisms to connect Product/Insights teams with customers’ needs; and streamline how our customers discover and adopt products/insights.
The successful candidate has experience working with Product Management in a broad, global organization. They have experience influencing a variety of cross-organizational stakeholders and are able to juggle competing priorities. This candidate must have crisp communication skills and have experience communicating project status and updates across a global audience. We are looking for someone who is detail-driven, and has excellent problem solving and communication abilities. This candidate must also have the ability to navigate ambiguous programs with high ownership and bias for action.
The candidate will need to be adept at interacting, communicating and partnering with other teams within Amazon Ads such as Insights, Tech, Sales, Marketing, Operations teams. The candidate should be passionate about driving a better customer experience through everything that we do here at Amazon.
Key job responsibilities
You will have the opportunity to define go-to-market (GTM) strategies for newly launch internal tools/insights and lead cross-functional initiatives to accelerate account team adoption of our solutions. You will be responsible for developing scalable programs to drive adoption, and identify new opportunities. You will work with internal customers to collect voice of customer and identify opportunities to improve products and tools. You will partner with Product teams to define new features and technical requirements. As the ideal candidate, you possess a business and technology background that enables you to lead and drive engagements with Product and Sales teams.
This is a role focused on driving GTM for Insights Hub (IHub), a single place to find relevant packaged narratives and insights and prepare content for advertiser presentations for Ads Sales teams. You will build strong internal relationships across locale and influence internal teams to deliver the right results for our account teams and drive revenue and productivity. You will maintain strong cross-organizational communications (online/offline) to ensure launch processes are on track.
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of program or product management experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs from concept to completion.
- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Project management experience and attention to detail.
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives.
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
- Experience with digital products and brands.
- Entrepreneurial spirit / ability to think creatively with little direction.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
