Sr. Healthcare Data Analyst

Build Custom Reports: Create detailed reports for HEDIS, Value-Based Contracting, and medical expenses within the Arcadia platform. These reports are not part of the standard system, so they will need to be custom-built to meet specific needs.Work with Business Partners: Collaborate directly with internal health plan staff and external provider partners. This will involve gathering requirements, understanding the desired outcomes, and ensuring that the reports meet everyone's expectations.Understand the Arcadia Platform: Be proficient with the Arcadia platform to design and implement the necessary reports effectively.Focus on Value-Based Contracts: Special attention will be needed for reporting related to value-based contracts, such as attribution, Total Cost of Care, and performance tracking. These are key elements in managing value-based arrangements.Ensure Data Accuracy: The analyst will need to ensure that the data used in these reports is accurate, up-to-date, and correctly integrated into the Arcadia platform.Provide Support for Decision Making: The reports should provide actionable insights that support decision-making, both for internal health plan personnel and external providers involved in the value-based contracts.
