TRD is looking for a highly motivated **Human Resources Senior Analyst.** The primary responsibility of this role is to provide HR strategic support to maximize business outcomes and team member engagement for TRD. **Key Responsibilities:** + Build and maintain effective relationships with functional leaders, senior managers, and executives to drive HR initiatives. + Respond to HR inquiries related to policies, compensation, benefits, while supporting performance management processes and employee relations concerns, including terminations. + Partner with business units to foster positive employee relations, communication, and the effective implementation of HR programs and policies. + Manage problem resolution processes, ensuring positive outcomes and compliance with HR policies. + Ensure accurate and up-to-date staffing data in Workday to align with staffing plans, while handling confidential information with discretion. + Working with leaders to write clear and concise job description, including essential qualifications and responsibilities and posting them on Workday recruit. + Manage candidate selection process in Workday recruit and conducting phone, video or in person interview to assess candidate skills, experience and fit for the role. + Extending job offers to qualified candidates and negotiating terms of employment. + Onboarding new employees into the company by facilitating paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, providing access to necessary tools and information, coordinating with managers and teams, and ensuring a smooth transition into their roles, all while upholding company culture and policies + Leads the education, implementation and follow-through of all existing HR programs, including but not limited to: Performance Management (Driving Performance), Pay for Performance (merit, growth, bonus, spot awards/GEM), Training & Development. + Contribute to various ad hoc projects as needed. A successful candidate will have: + Demonstrated human resources generalist experience. + Understanding of compensation matters including internal salary administration, job evaluation, annual merit programs, and salary range adjustments. + Knowledge of HR policies and employment law. + Excellent partnership skills. + Effective problem-solving skills. + Effective at resolving conflicts. + Experience managing projects. + Experience with participating in Human Resources/Employee Relations investigations. + Experience in supporting a geographically dispersed, corporate enterprise organization. + Strong internal and external customer focus, desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. + Demonstrated interpersonal skills including but not limited to written and verbal communication, relationship-building and collaboration, listening, persuasiveness. + Willingness to travel up to 20% sometimes on short notice. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). **Added bonus if you have** + HRBA group experience. + Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience. + Experience with Workday HRIS. **What We’ll Bring** During your interview process, our team can fill you in on all the details of our industry-leading benefits and career development opportunities.
