We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sr. HR Business Partner to join our team in a hands-on HR role that encompasses the entire employee lifecycle. This position blends strategic HR business partnership with operational excellence, ensuring our HR initiatives align with business objectives while streamlining and enhancing HR processes. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to both management and employees, promoting a positive workplace culture and driving organizational performance at every stage of the employee experience.Your day to dayPeople PartnerServe as a trusted business partner and coach to managers and employees. Provide guidance, coaching, and collaborative support in managing performance, navigating employee relations matters, and establishing employee development objectives.Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace by implementing targeted recruitment and retention strategies.Coach and mentor managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Plan and execute the company’s employee experience activities.
People OperationsLead and support the end-to-end Talent Acquisition recruitment activities including pre-onboard.Lead and support our people operations; new employee orientation, onboarding, life cycle changes, and offboarding.Oversee and manage all India HR operational processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Manage employee records, benefits administration, and provide payroll support.Partner on policy maintenance and development.Partner closely with the team to project manage and support key people programs; performance management, benefits, and engagement surveys.Own HRIS data integrity through recurring audits.Monitor and ensure the organization's compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review and modify policies, templates, procedures and internal practices to maintain compliance.Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and  employment law; apply this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to team and upper management.Other responsibilities as needed to support business objectives.What you bringFluent in English (spoken and written).Must live within commuting distance to the Zadara’s Bangalore office.7 years of proven experience in People Operations management or a similar HR role.Deep knowledge of HR practices and procedures and broad knowledge of the various functional areas within a People organization.Proven experience negotiating insurance renewals and managing employee benefits.Strong knowledge of local employment laws and compliance.Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.Demonstrated experience in event planning and execution for corporate activities.Skilled in sourcing vendors and negotiating favorable rates.Excellent communication skills and ability to coach, influence, and partner with various levels of employeesExcellent organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize actions.Experience working with cross-functional teams with the ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communications.Knowledge of data privacy regulations and process and system implications.Experience with People Systems: HRIS, ATS and Performance Management.Your educationBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Benefits100% Paid Health Insurance - Family CoverageRewards & RecognitionLearning & DevelopmentEvents & ExperiencesLife Moments RecognitionZadara is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
