This role will be an HR Partner and trusted advisor to managers and front-line leaders at MicroAire. This role is impactful to the tactical execution of our company strategy. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESConsult, coach and collaborate with leaders and managers on HR Policies, processes, people management, tactical execution and career development.Coach leaders and managers through tactical execution, recruitment efforts, employee relations, talent development, engagement, retention, diversity and inclusion and performance management.Consult with colleagues on their leave requests, options, concerns, compliance and document management in partnership with HR Director.Steers company onboarding program and supports on benefit consultation and timekeeping.Works with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to drive recruitment efforts and onboard talent.Supports on tracking PTO and leave accruals and usage.Makes recommendations on new approaches, policies and procedures for continuous improvements in the department and services provided.Supports and lead change management initiatives as assigned.Assists managers through annual HR processes: performance reviews, as determined by HR Director.Performs other duties and responsibilities as needed. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEA bachelor’s degree preferred with three to five years of Human Resources experience. PHR Preferred.
