Sr. HR Rep

Summary: Seeking an experienced Senior HR Representative to support a large non-unionized workforce and lead HR initiatives for improved organizational performance.

Requirements:

Strong experience in complex investigations and organizational diagnostics

Knowledge of federal and state employment laws

Experience in coaching and developing leaders

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years relevant experience, or advanced degree with 6+ years, or 12 years of relevant experience without a degree

Responsibilities:

Support over 1,400 employees across various functions including manufacturing and engineering

Build relationships to advise on employee-related matters and serve as an advocate

Use data to assess site climate and implement HR initiatives with local leadership

Manage performance plans, grievances, claims, investigations, and terminations

Coach leaders on performance management and organizational effectiveness

Collaborate with the HR network to develop strategies addressing site needs

Utilize process improvement tools to streamline HR processes

Pay: 22-30

Pay Details: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
