Marmon is now seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to partner with HR practitioners, COEs, and their customers to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes, and leverage the return on technological capabilities. The Senior HRIS Analyst builds project plans, ensures adherence to project schedules, maintains a systems orientation, and works effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning. This position also serves as a technical point of contact for the assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The Senior HRIS Analyst also supports HRIS upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned.What you'll do:
Serve as the HRIS partner supporting designated HCM areas in Workday, with a core focus on Compensation, Benefits, and Performance ManagementProvide consultation and impact analysis to HR Business Partners and HR COEs, gathering requirements, designing, and configuring solutions tailored to compensation, benefits, and performance processesServe as a subject matter expert on Workday Compensation, Benefits, and Performance Management functionalities, including relevant reporting and analyticsEvaluate Workday releases and functionality to identify opportunities to improve and optimize Compensation, Benefits, and Performance processesDrive the deployment of feature releases and system maintenance, ensuring client requirements are metEvaluate the feasibility of system modifications and enhancements, focusing on Compensation, Benefits, and Performance improvementsConfigure, test, validate, and implement business process changes in Workday related to Compensation, Benefits, and PerformanceAssist in testing of integrations, security, and annual events such as merit and performance review cyclesServe as an escalation resource for Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues in Compensation, Benefits, and PerformanceProvide input and knowledge sharing with Workday Team Lead, Workday Team Members, and clients as appropriateParticipate in scheduled and ad hoc training in order to improve policy and process acumen#LI-Remote
What you'll bring to the role:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience3-5 years Workday HCM experience, with an emphasis on Compensation, Benefits, or Performance Management requiredHR functional experience in Compensation or Benefits is a plusUnderstanding of HR operations and experience in employee data managementStrong verbal and written communication skills to interact with HR clients, cross-functional colleagues, and ITAbility to accurately collect information to understand and assess clients’ needs and situationsStrong attention to detailAbility to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolutionAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projectsAbility to understand business priorities and align technology opportunitiesFollowing receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.
