Credence Management Solutions, LLC. (Credence) is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner with expertise in employee relations and business strategy for a full time position based out of our Mclean, VA and Washington DC.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below Must have experience working with large sized teams 2k+employees or greater.Must be willing to be hands-on best practice guidance to promote fairness in an environment that is the perfect split of HR and Business best practices.Partner with Federal Program PMs to create and develop a hands on innovative and tailored solutions to help their programs to be successful.Work with internal support teams to ensure exceptional service to our employees and customers.Utilize critical thinking to focus on continuous improvement and solutions to drive efficiencies and scalability of the business.Leverage best practices and identify opportunities for efficiency.Aggregate and analyze HR data to provide insight and recommendations about organizational practices and goals. Education, Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree is required.PMP/ITIL or PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP certification(s) are s nice to have but not required5+ years of experience in Human Resources roles.Experience with developing and implementing organizational policies and directives on HR federal client programs.Experience with providing internal customer service in large organizations.Experience with managing sensitive, critical employee situations.Experience with managing day-to-day employee relations. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

Ability to work on a computer for an extended period of time.
