The Sr. HR Manager is responsible for providing HR partnership and leadership for the Energy+ Global Process Engineering team and the Local Latin America colleagues, by developing and implementing people initiatives focused on achieving business objectives and working closely with the global HR organization in supporting local LatAm. Additionally, the Sr. HR Manager will provide strategic guidance and hands-on human resources expertise in the areas of employment/recruiting, coaching/development, associate engagement/retention, performance management, compensation, associate relations, diversity, equity and inclusion, strategic workforce planning, and more.

This position is part of the Energy+ Human Resources Team and will be located in our Brazil office.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

· Act as a strategic partner to the business, aligning people practices and strategies with the overall business objectives. This involves understanding the business needs and challenges and providing HR solutions that contribute to the achievement of those goals and the overall organizational effectiveness. This includes leading HR activities at the Brazil site as well as partnering with specific business unit leaders or functions globally (including Centers of Excellence).

· Provide day-to-day HR guidance to Leadership both in Brazil and internationally in the areas of talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, leadership coaching, employee

counselling, performance management, career development, change management, DE+I, compensation, and HR policy guidance and interpretation in line with legal compliance and regulations.

· Collaborate with leaders and managers to build and support employee engagement strategies that facilitate organizational performance. Support events and programs designed to increase employee engagement.

· Proactively partner and collaborate across the global HR organization, sharing information, and providing thought leadership and a solution-oriented direction to optimize the business value of the HR function.

· Champion the Danaher Business System (DBS) through driving the organizational culture that encompasses continuous improvement and policy deployment of strategic initiatives. Acts as a change leader for improvements.

The essential requirements of the job include:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required with 8 years of relevant experience. Preferred subject areas in HR, Business Administration, Labor Law, Interpersonal Psychology or similar.

· Multilingual with Excellent English communication skills

· Superior interpersonal skills; business savvy; consultative approach; coupled with the ability to communicate and engage at all levels of the organization to provide feedback, coaching, advice and support.

· High learning agility with the propensity to continually grow from experiences, adapt to new situations and adopt different mindsets, make connections, and identify/implement successful solutions.

· Strong analytical skills; mental agility; sound decision-making abilities (fact based where possible) coupled with sound judgment.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

· Ability to travel – 10 %

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

· MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), and internet skills; database and HRIS experience (prior Workday/ADP experience preferred)

· Master’s degree/ MBA preferred
