Additionally, we work with our customers to evaluate their indoor air quality by taking a holistic approach to their home or business space utilization, addressing special considerations like pets, allergies, or asthma to provide top-tier solutions. **Responsibilities** + Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including split systems, gas furnaces, oil boilers, furnaces, and ductless systems. + Assemble and install ductwork. + Understand and fabricate sheet metal. + Evaluate and improve indoor air quality for clients. + Utilize advanced technologies for energy management and predictive machinery maintenance. + Provide exceptional customer service and support. + Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to deliver best-in-class results. **Essential Skills** + 5 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician. + Demonstrated knowledge of various HVAC systems including split systems, gas furnaces, oil boilers, furnaces, and ductless systems. + Experience with system and equipment installation. + Ability to assemble and install ductwork. + Understanding and fabricating sheet metal is a plus. + Knowledge of electrical and refrigeration systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + EPA certification. + Experience with air conditioning and heating systems. + Ability to work independently and in a team environment. + Strong problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and customer service skills. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive and growth-oriented environment with opportunities for personal and professional development. After the probationary period, a company van will be provided.
