We are a family at Our Client, therefore as you support the company’s growth and vest your time with the company, we will offer employee stock ownership and incentive programs to ensure your value is always recognized. **Responsibilities** + Install and service HVAC equipment. + Evaluate indoor air quality and provide top-tier solutions considering special considerations like pets, allergies, or asthma. + Work on comfort and facility controls ranging from smart home solutions to large-scale building automation. + Perform energy management and predictive machinery maintenance. + Understand and fabricate sheet metal (preferred). **Essential Skills** + 5 years of experience in HVAC service. + EPA certification. + Demonstrated knowledge of various HVAC systems including Split Systems, Gas Furnaces, Oil Boilers, and Furnaces. + Experience in system and equipment installation. + Ability to work with Ductless systems and perform ductwork assembly. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with electrical and maintenance technician roles. + Knowledge of HVAC controls. **Why Work Here?** We offer paid training and certifications through various industry and professional partnerships, employee stock ownership and incentive programs, and a supportive family-like environment. After the probationary period, a company van will be provided. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of New Kensington, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $83200.00/yr.
