In this role, you will serve as ADP's front-line to provide exceptional on-boarding experiences to clients for Employment Tax.

The nature of what you do every day will not change – your #1 goal is to help the implementation team and their clients have a successful implementation of their Employment Tax product.  Still, every day will be different because the questions you receive will vary, as will the solutions you provide each client. There will be no shortage of new questions you'll receive, which will keep things interesting!

What you’ll do:

Support the ADP's Employment Tax Implementation team with test files, and other various set up tasks. Implementation projects could include adding a new Employment Tax products or involve a migration from one ADP solution to another Ensure client satisfaction and retention through timely solution delivery within client-defined timeliness. Provide a consultative approach to clients when resolving issues and providing solutions to clients. Collaborate with various departments to load and convert (as required) client data to ADP's solutions. Work within ADP's implementation methodology and timeliness using technology tools Ensure accuracy of all aspects of client set up Interact/collaborate with ADP associates in Sales and Service Exchange routine information with members of client project team, including priorities, timeliness, issues as they arise Maintain and expand knowledge and proficiency on implementation job function, ADP products/services and implementation best practices

 

What you can expect on a typical day:

Internal Support. You will help the implementation team manage their business using our solutions, which could include troubleshooting and probing to resolve Employment Tax issues. Support might also involve partnering with multiple business units and teams for troubleshooting and delivering a seamless client experience. Learn. You will continually upgrade your knowledge and skills on Employment Tax, including federal and state compliance, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, other products, and desktop support tools to develop and maintain your ability to support our clients. Organize. You adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a high volume of schedules meetings. Daily phone time may increase during peak seasons, such as quarter and year ends.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

High School diploma is required 3-5 years of experience working in a Business-to-Business client service/customer service interface or systems integration environment Basic project management skills required

 

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

 

Experience noted above, OR Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through which will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

Bachelor's Degree preferred; or equivalent in education and experience ADP Employment Tax experience Payroll Experience  Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish tasks Strong client relationship skills Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards Must be able to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise, then escalate appropriately Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills The ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situations Proficiency in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems Excellent analytical skills and time management skills Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written Must be proficient using Microsoft Office

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.

California Compensation Range for this role is $18.32 - $37.12  Hour
