Sr. Information Associate – SPARC - Second Avenue - FT - Days
St. Peter's Health Partners is seeking an individual to assist with clerical duties associated with keeping the department running smoothly!
Reach out to staff for any staffing needs/gaps for the week. Assist with Kronos updates. Senior IA would also be of assistance to staffing office as needed.

The position would entail managing multi-line phones, starting charts, directing visitors, filing and general clerical duties.Specific duties include but are not limited to:Transcription of physician ordersMedical record maintenanceSupply monitor/orderingWhat you will need:
Positive attitude and be self-motivatedStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAttention to detail, multitaskingPrevious medical office preferredComputer experience requiredNeeds to have excellent time management skillsHigh School Diploma or GEDPay Range: $17.25 - $22.54
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
