Description Sr. Information Security Specialist – Application Resilience Job Overview: We are seeking a Sr. Information Security Specialist to join our Operational Resilience Team and lead our Application Resilience strategy. This role is responsible for identifying, managing, and mitigating technology resiliency risks, ensuring applications are robust, adaptable, and prepared for disruptions. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical leadership, deep domain expertise, and the ability to develop and implement resilience strategies while influencing senior technology leaders and guiding governance across various technology groups. Key Responsibilities: + Develop and implement comprehensive application resilience strategies. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and develop mitigation plans. + Oversee the architecture and implementation of resilient technology solutions, including assessments and gap analyses. + Partner with Cybersecurity, Risk, Application, and IT teams to drive cohesive resilience practices. + Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership. Requirements Qualifications & Experience: + Bachelor’s degree preferred. + 10+ years of relevant experience in information security, risk, or application security. + Strong experience working with Cyber, Risk, Application, and IT teams to enhance resilience. + Experience in application security and technology risk management. + Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) are a plus.
