This internship is based in our Global Technical Support Organization, as part of the Central Service department. We enable our Field Service Engineers all they need to be successful, and help drive continuos improvement for elevated customer and employee satisfaction.
How will you make an impact?
In Central Service, our interns are matched to projects based on their abilities and current business needs. All projects will have significant strategic and/or operating importance to the business to which they are assigned.
Projects may include the following responsibilities:
Driving continuous improvement projects enabling higher efficiency in Field Service trough automation, scripting (Python) and modern SW/IT technology.Use our sales order entry system, website, and knowledge base resources to provide accurate and timely assistance with order placements and status inquiries (pricing, availability, order status, shipping details, etc.).Manage and influence customer satisfaction by demonstrating tact, sensitivity, and integrity.Follow established service quality standards and meet order / inquiry processing time standards (talk time, order accuracy etc.).How will you get here?
Bachelor or Master Student in SW or IT or any relevant study.Experience in scripting and programming language'sNative (or proficient) in English.Internship will be a 6 or 12-month placement supporting educational needsAbility to be onsite – this is not a remote opportunity (1 day a week)Excellent interpersonal skills and strong professional presence.If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
