Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Sr. Internal Auditor in Dallas, Texas. This role requires the expertise to manage auditing plans, conduct audits, and handle accounting functions. As a Sr. Internal Auditor, you will be expected to ensure the operational controls of business systems and monitor user controls. Responsibilities: • Employ accounting software systems to process and maintain accurate records • Develop and implement audit programs to ensure compliance with company policies • Conduct audits on various business systems to identify risks and inefficiencies • Utilize Workday ERP and Excel formulas for auditing and accounting tasks • Prepare audit findings and recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency of operations • Manage audit requests and ensure timely completion • Regularly monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions based on audit findings • Ensure operational controls are effective and suggest enhancements whenever necessary • Manage user controls to secure the company's digital assets • Handle other auditing and accounting functions as required. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing • Proficient in creating and implementing Audit Programs • Ability to understand and work with Business Systems • Skilled in handling Accounting Functions and Audit Findings • Experience in Auditing and creating Audit Plans • Familiarity with Operational Audits and handling Audit Requests • Capable of Conducting Audits effectively • Knowledge of Operational Controls and User Controls • Proficiency in Excel Formulas • Experience with Workday ERP is a plus • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, or CISA is preferred Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
