Sr. Internal Brand Specialist

As an Internal Brand Specialist at our client, you will lead the internal marketing efforts for the rebranding of the Data Analytics and Reporting (DAR) department to Data Intelligence and Analytics (DIA) department. Your role involves developing and executing communication strategies to ensure all staff are informed, engaged, and supportive of the new brand identity. You will collaborate with various departments to create cohesive messaging and materials that highlight the benefits and enhancements of the DIA transformation.
What Youll Do
Drive internal brand engagement and advocacy. Keep employees informed, inspired, and connected to our brand, mission, and values through creative campaigns, and clear internal communications. Translate business strategies and brand vision into messaging that resonates with a global workforce and fosters a sense of ownership.
Ensure a consistent and impactful internal brand presence. Manage key platforms, ensuring they reflect our brands identity and strategic priorities. Lead a data re-branding project and continuously enhance its functionality to create an engaging and cohesive brand experience for every employee.
Equip and inspire employees as brand advocates. Keep employees informed about available brand resources and how to use them effectively. Showcase strong examples of brand storytelling and advocacy to inspire employees and demonstrate what great brand representation looks like. Foster a culture where employees feel confident, equipped, and motivated to champion the brand both internally and externally.
Measure and refine brand impact. Track internal engagement metrics, gather employee feedback, and continuously optimize strategies to strengthen brand alignment and advocacy across the organization.
