Description We are offering an opportunity for a Sr. IT Auditor in the Professional Services industry, located in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing technological audits and advising clients on various technology-related topics. Responsibilities: • Conduct IT audits, identifying risks and advising on mitigation strategies • Consult on diverse technology-related topics including IT General Controls, IT Frameworks, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Audit • Oversee Data Governance & Privacy, Enterprise Applications, and Technology Resilience • Implement disaster recovery strategies and IT SOX • Utilize analytics and emerging technologies to enhance audit processes and outcomes • Develop and manage control programs and technology enablement initiatives • Foster open communication among team members to promote a positive team culture • Participate in the creation of training programs and development opportunities for others • Prepare client proposals and strategies to win new business • Work across a diverse portfolio of clients in multiple industries, employing various software systems including Accounting Software Systems, Audit Program, CaseWare, CCH ProSystem Fx, and CobiT Requirements • Applicant must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within the professional services industry. • Proficiency in accounting software systems is required. • Proficiency in using Audit Program is essential. • Familiarity with CaseWare will be considered an advantage. • Experience with CCH ProSystem Fx is needed. • Knowledge of CobiT is mandatory. • Prior experience with accounting functions is required. • Must have a proven track record in managing Audit Engagements. • Must have experience in analyzing Audit Findings. • Demonstrated proficiency in Auditing is necessary. • Experience in creating and implementing Audit Plans is essential.
