Job Description
*Remote candidates will be considered, but if a candidate is located in Chicago, IL or Hartford, CT they must work hybrid onsite in one of the preferred office locations*
The successful candidate will support the security & compliance frameworks for the enterprise technology organization. The Sr. Analyst will work on vulnerability remediation planning and reporting. Additionally, this team member will support other audit & compliance initiatives as needed such as identity management initiatives. They will have the opportunity to collaborate with application, security, and infrastructure colleagues. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

o Demonstrates understanding of software delivery life cycle (version control, build, deployment) and some of the key concepts, including build once/deploy many, effective testing/troubleshooting, types/differences of programing languages.

Skills and Requirements
o 5+ years of IT audit, security, and compliance experience with focus on identity/access management and identifying patterns of risk and vulnerabilities.
o Strong understanding of IT general controls, security and compliance frameworks, change management and basic knowledge of information security vulnerability types and best practices.
o Strong understanding of compliance/security/audit requirements and frameworks in relation to IP networking, desktop, servers, applications, and infrastructure.
o Experience with SOX/SOC1 and technical audits
o Strong technical acumen (working knowledge) and awareness.
o Ability to prepare technical documentation, flow charts, and Visio.
o Advanced Excel, Quickbase, and PowerBI knowledge.
o Knowledge of Operating Systems and how access provisioned/audited (Mainframe, Windows, Unix/Linux and others) and database systems (DB2 z/OS LUX , MS SQL, Oracle), and how access is provisioned/audited.
o Ability to write scripts/code to automate repetitive tasks, delimit text into columns, and macros in Excel
o Experience using either python or basic power shell, power bi, and excel to be able to assist with automation and reporting. o Experience within a healthcare/health insurance organization highly preferred
o Experience with Archer (GRC solution)
o Experience with Qualys (cyber risk/security data platform)
o Exposure project application migrations to Sailpoint or similar IAM solutions null
