SR. IT Manager, CRM & Digital Analytics

JOB SUMMARY

Senior Manager – CRM and Digital Analytics will be responsible for providing analytical insights, performance measurement, as well as developing strategy for Denny’s website/app/E-Commerce as well as Denny’s CRM and Loyalty program. Reports to Senior Director of BI and Analytics.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Key Responsibilities)

Provide actionable, data-driven answers to business questions using the variety of disparate data sources (web, transactions/sales, CRM/CDP, 3rd party data etc.).Lead development of interactive automated reporting for E-Commerce, Digital, and CRM KPIs and initiatives.Together with Digital Team, define priorities for Web/E-Commerce development including:Maximizing traffic from digital channelsOptimizing Conversion funnelGrowing CheckEnhancing guest experience on the website and the appTracking errors on the web site, analyze root causes, and work with the IT Digital team on resolution.Digital Content and UI optimization using A/B TestingProvide analytical support for Denny’s CRM and Loyalty program including:Campaign performance managementLTV/RFM analysisSegmentationMarketing/Financial insights based on CRM dataProvide performance management and insights for 3rd party delivery channels.Contribute to development of digital strategy and project requirements in the field of Digital/e-Commerce and CRMManage 3rd party agencies in terms of data/analytics

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Market Research, Business Intelligence, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Sciences or Social Sciences or other quantitative field. Masters Degree /MBA preferred.5+ years of experience in Digital Analytics, CRM Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence3+ years of in Web/e-Commerce analyticsBe a United States citizen, permanent resident or have a valid Visa with work authorization.

Strong ability to understand, analyze and solve business problemsExcellent quantitative analytics skillsAbility to integrate different data sources and translate complex information into actionable reports/presentations with common termsUnderstanding of basic financial conceptsFamiliarity with basic Data Science conceptsAbility to concisely summarize the findings of a complex analysis in a way that can be intuitively understood by non-specialistAbility to effectively visualize data highlighting important insights and conveying the story by using charts and tablesAbility to thrive in dynamic fast paced environmentMust be a self-starter, able to work independently and take initiative to find solutions for business requirements.Ability to effectively work under time pressureHighly collaborative work style; must work well with people.Flawless execution, attention to detailsAbility to maintain confidentiality on proprietary business information

Software skills (will be tested):

Power user of Google Analytics or comparable analytical product with a complete understanding of enhanced ecommerce, segments, audiences, funnel analytics, events.Hands-on experience with A/B testing in DigitalSQL: advanced (ability to write complex queries incl. joins and case statements).Power BI, Tableau or comparable BI tool:  advanced userWorking knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScriptData Science experience/knowledge of Python is a strong plus
