Provides broad range of operational service / support which may include environment management, maintenance, monitoring, performance and incident management and/or production support activities to enable technology for own area of specialization.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate5-7 years relevant experience5+ years' experience in Capacity management (creating reports/dashboards etc). ability to understand capacity (licensing and storage) and performance using metrics from the tools and create forecasts. Good data analytics skills to corelate metrics.5+ years' analyzing business requirements documents and translating them to technical specifications.5+ years' experience working in a Data Protection environment for major corporations. Financial Service Industry experiences a plus.5+ years' experience in Data Domain infrastructure5+ Years' experience working with NetBackup, Commvault, TSM/Spectrum ProtectFamiliarity with Microsoft Active Directory 2012+, Microsoft Windows 7, 2008, 2012, 2016 (Server/Workstation), Azure, DNS, Share Point, VMware and Citrix serversFamiliarity with Agile framework, Microsoft ExcelCommitment to staying abreast of industry and business trends.Strength in researching industry standards, best practices, new innovations in technology and making informed recommendations.Readiness to serve a technology, trends and processes "go-to" resource.Ability to work independently in a senior or lead role on a diverse range of tasks and may be relied upon to coach and educate others.Experience as a subject matter expert and consultant who provides technical guidance and highly complex troubleshooting and problem resolution.Readiness to support highly complex and comprehensive applications, systems and business lines.Adeptness at identifying root causes and can implement targeted and controlled remediation plans.Ability to work with stakeholders to install, configure, upgrade, administer business applications and systems.Ability to review, participate in and implement procedures.

Primary focus of the team is to provide superior support, provide incident resolution, contribute to problem resolution and work with internal and external auditors along with other peers within the ITs organization including our TS partners. Looking for a person who is self-motivated and focused individual who enjoys fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and the opportunity to support the Data Protection/backup environment across the enterprise.
