**Job Description**
We are looking for a **Sr. IT Program Manager** to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment. This position will be **full-time** and **hybrid in Houston, TX.**
**What You'll Need**
Required:
+ 8+ years of experience in IT program or project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
+ Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle, cloud technologies, and emerging technologies
+ Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
+ Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
+ Strong ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization
+ Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar tools
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify and address issues
+ Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills, with the ability to interact with staff at all levels
+ Strong knowledge of personal computers and various software, specifically Microsoft Office
+ Strategic thinker with a high level of initiative and drive
+ Results-oriented with a focus on delivering business value
+ Collaborative team player with a strong customer-service orientation
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred:
+ Master’s degree or PMP certification, PgMP (Program Management Professional), or similar certifications are highly desirable
+ Expertise in enterprise-level IT systems, cloud solutions, and software implementation projects
+ Experience in managing programs with global or multi-regional teams
+ Strong financial acumen and experience managing large-scale program budgets
+ Ability to navigate and adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment
**Physical Demands**
+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
