Provides more advanced first and second line analysis and response to incident and service request tickets submitted by internal business users. Supports and administers complex client /desktop systems, applications an d local infrastructure components Provides project management or participates in project implementations of client / desktop systems, applications and local infrastructure. Responsible in taking system inventories and building documentation client / desktop systems, applications and local infrastructure. Assists in the administration of a large complex group of infrastructure components. Works closely with Infrastructure Specialists to resolve complex issues affecting desktop applications and operations. Initiates new responsibilities and help to plan for the future of client /desktop systems, applications an d local infrastructure May direct tasks of more junior team members. Evaluates and may recommend purchases of solutions. May participate in on-call duties on a weekly rotational basis.Minimum Requirements:
