The Sr. IT Tech will play a crucial role in supporting the IT needs of our Sylmar headquarters and various job sites across California. This dynamic position requires a highly motivated and skilled individual who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure smooth IT operations. 

Extraordinary Projects need Exceptional Talent

Responsibilities:

Provide on-site and remote technical support to end-users at the Sylmar HQ and California job sites. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer workstations, peripherals, and network equipment. Assist with the setup and support of new job sites, including network infrastructure, internet connectivity, and user onboarding. Proactively monitor system performance and identify potential issues. Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets and support activities. Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT policies and procedures. Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an IT Technician or a similar role, with a strong emphasis on field support and troubleshooting. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Must be a self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to travel to job sites across California as needed. CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications are required. High School Diploma or GED required Five plus years’ experience setting up and troubleshooting job site IT infrastructure is essential.
