Requirements:
10+ Years of J2EE application development experience
At least 2 new product product development experience involving B2C high volume and highly scalable SAAS based products
2+ Years of experience with creating UML design diagrams based on use cases or user stories
5+ Years of experience in developing application using Spring framework
5+ Years of experience in developing applications using ORM frameworks like Hibernate or iBatis or others
5+ Years of experience with SOA technologies (Restful and SOAP must have)
5+ Years of experience with SQL and PL/SQL
3+ Years of experience with JavaScript libraries like Jquery, Yahoo UI, ExtJS or others
3+ Years of experience with Agile development methodologies
NOTE: this is mostly a hands-on position doing development work - will lead projects that have anywhere from zero (this person being the sole person on the project) to up to 5 resources on the project
