Description: GCP Application Modernization Lead We seek a dynamic technology leader to join our GCP Platform team as the GCP Application Modernization lead. This role will be pivotal in building and delivering Modern Application Architecture capabilities and solutions to internal and external clients, ensuring the successful transformation of legacy applications into robust, scalable, and modern GCP cloud-based workloads and services. Reporting to the Director of GCP Platform, this role will be responsible for leading the development, sales, solution, and delivery of GCP Application Modernization capabilities. You will lead a team of Sr. Cloud Architects and Engineers to build and deliver GCP Application Modernization capabilities, ensuring our customers' high scalability, availability, security, and efficiency. This role will ensure delivery excellence and provide thought leadership to Our customers’ executive and technical leadership. Additional Skills & Qualifications GCP Application Modernization Strategy and Development: In this role, you will lead the development of GCP Application Modernization offerings for customers’ Cloud-native and Cloud-agnostic needs, which need to be focused on accelerated public cloud adoption. This includes but is not limited to use cases such as legacy monolithic to microservices, GCP serverless, modern container platforms, etc. Capabilities Development: + Develop and lead the application modernization strategy, focusing on migrating and transforming legacy systems to GCP. Go-to-market Strategy: + You will be responsible for developing and managing GCP Application Modernization capabilities, go-to-market strategy, and prioritization. Innovation and Best Practices: + As a leader of the program, you are required to drive innovation and the adoption of modern application architecture and best practices in the GCP cloud, ensuring our solutions are at the forefront of industry standards. GCP Application Modernization Sales & Solutioning: In this role, you will partner with the TGS Sales team to engage with TEKsystems customers to understand their technical challenges and provide expert solutions and architectural pathways to achieve modernization goals. You will work closely with customer leadership, solution architects, and sales to ensure the right solution is provided for customer needs. Solution Oversight & Ownership: + As a GCP Application Modernization Lead, you will be responsible for GCP offerings and Go-to-market strategy and will be held accountable for providing oversight during the presales cycle, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry standards. Sales Collaboration: + As a GCP Application Modernization Lead, you will partner with the TEKsystems Sales team to provide guidance on GTM strategy and customer communications. GCP Application Modernization Service Delivery In this role, you will work closely with TEKsystems delivery teams to ensure customer engagements are delivered seamlessly.
