This role supports FP&A by monitoring and communicating the story behind Chick-fil-A's corporate financial health and metrics. Primary responsibilities include creating dashboards and visuals to share complex financial information  in an engaging, simple and easy-to-understand way with audiences like Chick-fil-A's Financial Strategy Team, CFO, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors.

 
This individual will have a strong understanding of Chick-fil-A's position within the QSR industry, restaurant sales performance over time, our Operator Agreement, and how Chick-fil-A, Inc. earns revenue. The ideal candidate will be well versed in turning financial data into a compelling story that impacts decision-making at the highest levels. This individual will be an advanced Tableau user with the ability to create visuals that allow leaders to better understand financial performance and make key business decisions. This role requires a motivated and skilled problem-solver who is constantly innovating and learning new skills while engaging with stakeholders across the business to meet shared objectives.

Responsibilities Own and execute roadmap for visualizing FP&A data and sharing corporate performance insights with an emphasis on increasing views and adoptionDevelop, maintain, and manage FP&A Tableau dashboardsDesign, document and implement a Quality Assurance (QA) process for FP&A Tableau dashboardsPrioritize and respond to incoming ad hoc analyses from leadership while ensuring success of long-term roadmapContinuously study Chick-fil-A restaurant and corporate financial data. Monitor/follow the QSR industry.Project annual global systemwide sales on a monthly basis & recommend changes to FP&A's existing sales assumptions when necessary.Own and execute monthly FP&A Report. Present and highlight key financial information in a simple, easy-to-understand way to help Officers and EC monitor the financial health of the business. Ensure report meets FP&A's high standards for accuracy and quality.Manage and maintain strategic relationships on behalf of Corporate Performance Insights with other insights teams and key partners across the business (ie. Restaurant Performance Insights, Customer/Market Insights, Enterprise Data & Analytics, Org Planning)Provide Tableau expertise and data visualization knowledge to the broader visualization team and across FP&A.Monitor and recommend emerging technology, trends & design principles in the data visualization space.
