Opportunity Snapshot:

Compensation: $45-50/hourLocation: Kermit, TXWork Schedule: M-F / 40 hours+Assignment Duration: 6 months+Benefits: Comprehensive insurance, 401K, Holidays and PTO Responsibilities Complete LDAR and AVO inspections at production facilities and well sites. Must be able to diagnose identified leaks and provide an accurate description of the leaking componentsPerform simple machinist duties and responsibilities. Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machinesBasic troubleshooting of emissions equipmentPerform minor repairs to production and emissions equipmentEnsure proper operations of production and emission control equipmentEnsure accurate and timely data is recordedUtilize SAP for work order/purchase order managementReport incidents immediately.  Report spills/releases immediatelyBe familiar with and understand state and federal air regulationsDetect faulty operations, defective material and report using company toolsComply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areasMotivated and self starter.  Willingness to learn and receptive to trainingGood communication skills.  Works well in both team and individual settingsAble to prioritize work loadWilling to help others as the need arises.  Willing and able to take on new job duties as they arise Qualifications

5+ years experience with LDAR / Fugitive Emission Monitoring (Method 21) with TVA 1000B and calibration

Must have practial experience working in an industrial (i.e. fitting, welding, instrumentation, etc) refinery (i.e., operations, maintenance, etc.) setting 

Must have good oral and written communications skills

Will perform work in adverse weather conditions on the field (Work in hot/cold environments, inclement weather) 

Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.  Ability to bend, stretch, walk and climb with 30 lb.+ backpack - up to 10 hours a day on concrete and/or steel surfaces 

Overtime may be required

Must have a valid Driver's License and be able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen and physical

High School diploma or equivalent required
