Sr. Learning Programs Specialist

What you'll do The Sr. Learning Programs Specialist will be responsible for designing and sustaining a range of internal skills and career development programs that enable our employees to effectively and meaningfully contribute to high performing teams that live our values. As a member of the Learning + Organizational Development team, the programs you own will help build the skills and capabilities that Docusign needs to succeed; now and in the future. You will be responsible for program design, content creation and facilitation, enrollment strategy, marketing and communications planning, logistics management (in partnership with our coordinator and specialists), program evaluation and analytics. As a key member of our highly collaborative team, the Sr. Learning Programs Specialist will drive and contribute to multiple, concurrently running global skills and career development programs. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager of Learning Delivery. Responsibility Drive the design process and define the skills and career development program objectives, construct the content, determine the partner engagement plan and implement the pilot / program validation process Align skills and career development program design and objectives to support Docusign’s skills and leveling strategy, in collaboration with the Director of Organizational Development Partner with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and other cross-functional partners to understand the skill development needs of the business and determine the best development programs, process or approach to meet those needs Facilitate skill and career development workshops, both virtually and on-site at the Docusign Office Build, curate content, and manage employee resource toolkits supporting skill and career development Co-create and oversee detailed project plans employing a systems-thinking approach to develop multi-modal learning solutions for individual contributor employees Develop and implement consistent operational protocols for career programs, ensuring clarity, compliance, and seamless execution across all cross-functional partners Drive marketing and communications strategy to engage employees, their managers and top leaders' support for skills and career development programming; monitor registration progress Determine strategy for vendor partnerships to support program delivery where appropriate, own relevant vendor relationships and ensure deliverable quality Evaluate the program success and ROI measures in partnership with the People Analytics team and communicate the results to key stakeholders Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What you bring Basic BS/BA degree or equivalent 5+ years experience in a learning and development role, with significant expertise in skill and career development programs for a global SaaS company Proven track record designing, implementing, and scaling skill and career development initiatives globally 3+ years experience applying adult learning principles, learning methods, and demonstrated instructional design skills to career development programs Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with SMEs, senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and vendors Demonstrated experience designing and implementing communications to a global employee audience for learning programs at scale Experience designing program impact reporting, evaluations, and surveys Preferred Demonstrated experience supporting technical employee skill and career development for a global audience Demonstrated experience partnering with organizational development professionals to design employee enablement Certified Insights Discovery Practitioner Prior experience managing learning on an LMS, Workday Learning Proficiency in course authoring software, Articulate Rise Intermediate skills in Google Suite including Sheets, Docs, and Slides (must be able to develop presentations in Slides and analyze data in Sheets) Self-starter who drives for clarity and alignment among multiple partners Comfort with ambiguity Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment Excellent business writing skills, including experience writing program proposals and executive summaries for senior leaders Strong learning programs facilitation skills, both virtually and in person Wage Transparency Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations: California: $101,500.00 - $156,750.00 base salary Illinois and Colorado: $97,000.00 - $133,300.00 base salary Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $97,000.00 - $139,525.00 base salary Washington DC: $101,500.00 - $139,525.00 base salary This role is also eligible for bonus and benefits.
