Sr. Legal Administrative Assistant
Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Sr. Legal Administrative Assistant in the bustling city of Atlanta, Georgia. As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in handling administrative tasks within the legal sector. Your work will involve managing schedules, liaising with partners and vendors, overseeing social media accounts, and drafting correspondence among other responsibilities. Responsibilities: • Manage and organize schedules with precision and efficiency. • Act as a liaison with media partners and marketing vendors, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. • Monitor and manage social media accounts, keeping them updated and engaging. • Regularly review and respond to Google reviews to maintain a positive online presence. • Arrange domestic travel logistics, ensuring all arrangements are in place and communicated effectively. • Conduct client interviews with media partners, collecting and presenting testimonies. • Handle client vendor calls, addressing inquiries and requests. • Compose professional letters, drafting and editing content as needed. • Navigate client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and longevity. • Exercise initiative and work with minimal supervision, demonstrating your ability to manage tasks and projects independently. Requirements • Must possess strong skills in Calendar Management • Experience with managing vendor relationships is required • Proficiency in creating Social Media Content is essential • Ability to draft correspondence efficiently and effectively is necessary • A minimum of five years experience in a legal administrative role • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or related field preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Knowledge of legal terminology and principles • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team • Demonstrated ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
