The Sr. Logistics Analyst acts as a daily liaison between suppliers and end customers. The Logistics Analyst also helps build and foster the relationship between the supplier, end customer, and TRIGO HT while maintaining the highest performance standards at lowest achievable costs.\n

Responsibilities\n

Client Relationship & Business Development\n
\nOperations\n\nRetrieve and prepare suppliers' requirements for kitted and bulk shipments\nCreate appropriate shipping labels for outbound shipments\nCreate daily inspection worksheets\nPrepare daily dock audits for verification of inbound and outbound shipments\nPrepare and send Advance Ship Notices (ASN) and\/or invoices to end customer\nEnter received shipments into WITS (Web Inventory Tracking System)\nConduct and reconcile cycle counts\nConduct and reconcile yearly physical inventory\nComplete manual invoices for price discrepancies, as required\nResearch, identify, and locate inventory discrepancy\nScan documents electronically and send to supplier and end customer\nPrepare shipping documents and bills-of-lading\nTrack and expedite supplier shipments when required\nMonitor supplier inventory levels and ensure no shortages exist\nMonitor supplier delivery performance indicators\nSegregate and dispose of defective materials\nOther duties and\/or responsibilities as assigned\n\n
