MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree holder with major in supply chain, engineering, business, science, operations or related fieldMinimum 12 years’ experience in supply chain leadership positions, including:Demonstrated high performance orientation, strong analytical skills, industry knowledge and sound judgmentMust be able to influence senior management through well-formulated business presentationsAbility to recruit, retain, and develop talentAbility to effectively lead an organization during rapid pace of change and adjust to changing business demandsAbility to lead teams in a matrix environment, delivering results through peopleStrategic thinking skills, both from a business standpoint and in terms of integrating business strategy with operations strategiesAbility to implement Standards and Processes to generate sustainable results and develop and deploy KPI’s to monitor success.Process improvement and project management experience
