This person will work cross functionally with our bank partner and internal stakeholders to grow spend both inside and outside BJ’s. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities: + Ensure the higher tier program is hitting all annual goals for inside/outside spend, renewal rate and membership KPIs. + Responsible for leading daily operations and partnering with Sr. Field Manager and field membership team to execute in club promotions and events. + Track and analyze key performance indicators to help identify areas of improvement. + Partner with cross functional IT/digital team, membership team and merchandizing team to innovate on new initiatives to drive spend. + Manage and motivate bank partners to ensure high performance and efficiency. + Responsible for the visual identity and tone of voice of the higher tier program. Works closely with creative and production teams to develop and launch various campaigns throughout the year. Responsible for additional advertising in other BJ’s marketing channels and aligning with BJ’s brand. + Focuses on driving cobrand engagement at Membership Centers, BJ’s Gas and club grand openings by partnering with the new club opening team. + To be successful in this role, you must have a blend of strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s, Master’s preferred + 7-10 Years’ experience, preferably in retail/marketing + Experience with loyalty, preferably cobrand programs + Experience with cross functional teams including creative, operations, IT + Strong analytic and critical thinking skills, financial acumen needed to drive program results and profitability. This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days. In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $122,500.00.
