Sr. M&A Network Engineer
Job Description We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer with prior experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of networking technologies, strong expertise in integrating IT infrastructures during M&A activities, and the ability to plan, coordinate, and implement office networks from the ground up.  Own and execute network integration projects related to mergers and acquisitions, ensuring minimal disruption.  Deploy network access control solutions using 802.1x and MAC Authentication Bypass (MAB).  Implement and integrate SD-WAN solutions with Versa and Meraki.  Configure and maintain Palo Alto, Checkpoint and Zscaler firewall policies for security enforcement and traffic management.  Setup, maintain and troubleshoot IPSec site-to-site VPN tunnels for secure connectivity between sites  Knowledge of Aruba and Meraki wireless networks implementation.  Plan, coordinate, and execute new office network setups from scratch, including infrastructure procurement, analyzing BoM, installation, and configuration.  Configure and manage Aruba and Cisco switches.  Maintain strong knowledge and implementation expertise in OSPF and BGP routing protocols for network traffic management.  Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, working collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.  Ensure network infrastructure adheres to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements. Skills and Requirements 7/8+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions. o Must have done completed at least 1 M&A  Expertise in o Network access control (NAC) solutions, including 802.1x and MAB. o SD-WAN solutions with Versa and o Palo Alto, and Zscaler firewall administration. o Aruba and wireless networking. o Aruba and Cisco switches. o OSPF and BGP routing protocols. o Lead network deployments, integrations, and migrations with minimal supervision. o Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills and working on out of the box solutions. Plusses:  Industry certifications such as CCNP, PCNSE, ZIA, or equivalent.  Experience with automation and scripting repeated tasks.  Ability to analyze WiFi site surveys and plan AP placement using Ekahau  Meraki.
