YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

设备突发性故障处理，针对突发性设备故障，及时进行故障调差、分析和应急处理； 定期回顾分析设备PM执行及MTTR/MTBF相关数据，完成维护报告； 负责当班期间设备的巡视检查，及时发现并处理设备异常； 落实关键设备维修保养计划的具体项目和内容，并及时做好各项维修保养记录； 识别和评估设备缺陷和生产瓶颈，可对设备进行技术分析及改进； 深入解读设备手册，制定标准维修资料并培训其他技术员/机修工，提高维修团队的整体技术能力；根据设备使用频率及备品备件的采购周期，制定备件最低安全库存； 根据PM Pillar要求优化设备预防维护流程及详细的执行标准； 根据PS Pillar 要求使用A3R工具进行故障原因分析； 根据常见故障现象制定专业的预测性维护标准； 支持项目或其他活动的确认文件； 完成HSE相关培训，并对自身所在区域的HSE规范落地负责； 完成上级安排的其他事宜；

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

大专以上学历，机电一体化/机械工程/自动化等专业； 5年以上设备维修工作经验，3年药厂自动包装线维护经验优先； 具有TPM/lean相关思维;具有较强的设备维修及动手能力，较强的逻辑思维和分析能力； 熟练运用Autocad, 熟悉Profibus/ethernet/Ethercat自控系统优先； 良好的英语读写能力； 能够适应轮班工作
