Sr. Maintenance Technician

 Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking a Lead Maintenance\nTechnician for our Chandler, AZ location. 


KEY\nRESPONSIBILITIES
Repairs:
Conduct immediate equipment root cause analysis leading to proper repairs of machinery to ensure optimal functionality.

Preventive\n Maintenance:
Conduct typical inspections and preservation of a wide variety of equipment and systems to ensure optimal functionality.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures and schedules.

Inventory\n Management:
Monitor and maintain equipment inventories and supplies

Collaborations:
Collaborate\n with manufacturing engineers to develop and implement control strategies\n for new and existing equipment. Perform system testing and validation to\n ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
Elevate with your team members to build a culture and atmosphere of a collaborative efficient team

Innovation:
Stay\n updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best\n practices related to cost reduction and production efficiency.
Support\n continuous improvement projects to streamline workflows, eliminate waste,\n and enhance productivity.
Work with engineering teams to develop, design, and build cutting edge equipment.

MUST HAVES
3\n years of manufacturing floor experience as a maintenance technician or\n equipment technician.
Strong\n analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, CMMS\n (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
Excellent\n organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage\n deadlines, and work in cross-functional teams.
Effective\n communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at\n all levels of the organization.

WE VALUE
Associate’s\n degree in engineering, or equivalent field experience/certifications.
Bachelor’s\n degree in engineering or a related field
Experience\n using SolidWorks CAD
Have\n practical experience working with engineering equipment
Wide\n Experience supporting critical manufacturing.
Experience\n stabilizing production environments after product launch.
Continuous\n learning mindset and a passion for innovation skills.
Various\n fabrication experience, including but not limited to welding, lathes,\n mills, CNC, controls, electrical, carpentry skills.
