We are seeking a Senior Manager, AdTech to join our team and help us continue to scale. This role will be part of our cross-functional team that leads a digital go-to-market strategy from experience and content production through programming and curation. This position reports directly to the Sr. Director of Big Data and will partner with all functional and business leader within Corporate Marketing as well as across all of Samsung Electronics America.

Lead the marketing platform team and build the strategy for an audience and data intelligence capability including data engagement, segmenting and accompanying business modelClearly understand adtech and be the technical SME on ad campaign execution from traffic to optimization.Understand ad placements, formats, creative and workflows related to adtech platforms, identity, ad serving, CRM and integrationWork with agency to own the end-to-end architecture and operations for the adtech platform including application, processing and data layerUnderstand and analyze audience and data growth business plans inclusive of investment requirements and the resulting value creationDrive global data studio playbook for cross-device marketing, hyper-personalization, and consumer journey analysis – map to KPIsCollaborate with key stakeholders to assemble future requirements for the platform and improve operational and go-to-market executionEnsure adhere of data privacy regulations (CCPA etc)Lead the definition of new approaches with channel partners (e.g. retailers) to improve data-driven collaboration for marketing strategiesPartner with analytics, big data and media teams to define consumer segments and creative approaches through data-driven insightsManage relationships with key enablement partners (e.g. Adobe) to drive holistic CDM go-to-market campaignsBe accountable to consumer and business KPIs which are aligned with short and long-term goalsSkills and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with 12+ years of experience or Master’s Degree with 5+ years of experience in marketing platforms, product marketing, data/technology, or digital marketingDeep knowledge of consumer data and associated platforms including DMPs, BI and data science tools, audience matching and segmentation building (providers include LiveRamp, Adobe, Google, Acxiom, etc.)Demonstrated ability to lead a cross-functional team from strategy through execution and optimization while maintaining a distinct focus on the voice-of-the-consumerClear understanding of digital advertising, retail media networkingTechnical understanding of Programmatic advertising, audience segmentation, Identity platforms and API integrations to service the Samsung adtech ecosystemDemonstrated proficiency with ad serving platforms, DSps and retail media networksExpertise in developing solutions for uncovering consumer needs and developing segment-level strategies and supporting reportingAbility to build agile processes that function as foundation for a test/learn/scale approach for D2C marketing touchpointStrong ability to collaborate across SEA from an analytical and data perspective, focus on performance-based marketing outcomesExperience in standard analysis tools like SQL/python to demonstrate ability to self-serve as requiredPreferred Qualifications:
