This position is an office based hybrid role and can be based in our Irvine, California, Greer, South Carolina, or Austin, Texas locations with the opportunity to work a few days remote per week.

Your role:

The Sr. Manager, AI & Cloud Services Delivery will lead a talented team of engineers and architects for the Cloud Services organization, providing consulting and engineering engagements to clients of Ingram Micro’s Partners, on behalf of or in conjunction with Ingram Micro’s Partners. This team performs both pre-sales and delivery activities associated to those engagements with a strong emphasis on post sales delivery.   

Responsible for leading multiple teams in designing and implementing service delivery solutions and strategies that align with client needs and business objectives. You are overseeing service delivery and ensuring that services are delivered effectively. You are the face to the customer and provide leadership of the delivery team and architects.

Technical Expertise: Leveraging a deep understanding of technology and systems to oversee design solutions that are technically sound and capable of delivering or designing the desired services efficiently and effectively.Client Engagement: Collaborating and consulting closely with clients to understand their needs, goals, and constraints, and aligning solutions with these client-specific requirements. Client engagement is essential to ensure that the architectural design or deployment meets client expectations allowing a pre-sales engagement to go from opportunity to sale. Mentorship and Collaboration: Mentoring and collaborating with architects and other team members to share knowledge, best practices, and guidance.Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Staying current with industry trends and technological advancements, and actively seeking opportunities to enhance service delivery processes, efficiency, and overall quality.Strategic Thinking: Contributing to the strategic direction of service delivery within the organization, including shaping the services strategy and aligning it with business objectives.Thought Leadership: Providing thought leadership within the organization and, in some cases, the industry, by contributing to the development of standards and industry best practices.Enable a culture of creativity, collaboration, speed, innovation, and excellence while continuously elevating the quality and caliber of our engineering organization. Work across teams and across geographic boundaries to ensure seamless integration of the enterprise solution. Constantly improve the processes and practices around development and delivery. Partner with HR team to recruit, hire, train, and supervise Engineering team members. Identify the training needs for the teams and partner with leadership and HR teams to conduct these training using suitable platforms. Responsible for hiring, salary decisions, performance reviews, and career path mentorship of eCommerce leaders and professionals. 

What you bring to the role:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related technical field required.10 + years of functional experience including a minimum of 7 + years position specific technical experience.5+ years leadership experience in engineering delivery, or similar technical leadership experience. 3 – 5 years of experience in project deliveryExperience with AI/ML and Data analytics services within AWS is a plusExperience with both IaaS and Cloud native services within AWS and Microsoft is required.Experience with architectural design recommendation and guidance Strong project leadership experience building or delivering complete projects/solutions: Prior experience in leading projects which involves designing, implementing, and overseeing complex service delivery or design solutions.  Demonstrated experience leading the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of large scale and high-performance platforms. Strong knowledge and practical experience with business strategy, business modeling, technology strategy, and roadmap planning and scenario analysis.

Position might have occasional travel.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $125,600.00 - $213,500.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
