Sr. Manager, Body Repair Program Operations

The Sr. Manager, Body Repair Program Operations will be responsible for managing the North American Lucid Approved Body Shop Network performance. This will involve collecting and analyzing the crash repair case data from the Network via our Lucid Repair Tracking System to ensure that the network is performing quality KPI-driven repairs to damaged Lucid Vehicles in an acceptable time frame whilst ensuring the Approved Body Shops and achieve excellent customer satisfaction. The position will report to the Body Repair Program Manager and work alongside the Body Repair Program and Technical training teams to develop a World-Class Body Repair Program.

The Role

Manage the performance of the Body Repair network via the Lucid Repair Tracking System encompassing Network Business Intelligence and Reporting strategy, that will assess and analyze the individual Lucid Approved body shop QMS data to rank it and aggregate the data for regional and body shop groups performance reporting Monitor and produce weekly/monthly reports on open repair cases in Lucid Approved Bodyshop US network. Collate and monitor key KPI's for approved body shop program performance Work with Body Shop Management software platforms to develop appropriate integration with the Lucid Body Repair Program Repair Tracking System. Streamline processes regarding data flow and data quality to improve data accuracy, viability, and value for the Lucid Body Repair Program. Identify training opportunities from evaluation of network performance for both cosmetic, structural, and mechanical repair. Liaise with the auto insurance industry companies to ensure a good working relationship between Lucid and the insurance companies used by our customers Liaison between Lucid Customer Care Team and Body Repair Program. Review customer issues in a timely manner. Point of contact for Lucid Sales, Fleet and Remarketing teams as it relates to Lucid Certified Body Repair Collaborate with Lucid Roadside Team to move both internal and external vehicles to and from Certified shops. Identify, Recruit, and manage new and existing shops to the Lucid Certified Body Repair Program. Manage Lucid Body repair parts and accounting teams.

You Bring:

Analytical computer skills: Expert at Excel, Database skills Minimum 10 years automotive aftermarket experience Dealership/Body Shop Operational experience would be an advantage. Experience with project management Team player Driven and accountable self-starter, with the ability to identify and communicate priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced industry at a rapidly growing organization. Strong ability to prepare and present data in a visually appealing and easy-to-understand manner. Excellent Proven Communication & Presentation skills Able to work under pressure

 

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

Base Salary Pay Ranges (USD): $147,000 - $185,000
