We are seeking a Senior Manager, Business Planning Management to join our team and help maximize business competitiveness and profit by establishing business goals and measuring and managing performance. You will assist the business in identifying major issues of the business and establishing a counterplan, or assist the management in effective decision-making by recognizing potential business risks beforehand.

Role and Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

[Setting Business Goals] Manage setting up short, mid- to long-term goals that the company (organization) wants to achieve.[Performance Evaluation] Measure and evaluate whether the goal is achieved based on objective evaluation indices. Suggest the right direction to organizations and employees in order to improve performances and manage to establish an efficient strategy to achieve the business goals efficiently.[Identify Issues and Risk Management] Manage developing strategies to enhance the competitiveness of business by establishing measures preemptively to identify issues such as incidents and accidents, deterioration in efficiency, low performance result in terms of target cost.[Internal Business Competitiveness Analysis] Review various factors like benchmarking activation among sub-organizations, performance and weakness comparison, inefficiency, and decreased competitiveness and review measures which can bring out improvement.[Market and Competitor Analysis] Constantly identify market and customer issues and trends, a competitor's development, sales, manufacturing issues and trends, changes in industry trend, new technologies. Review how much impact these factors have on our company and proceed with developing a measure to address these issues.

Minimum Qualifications:

BS degree preferred, with 8+ years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree (preferred degrees include Finance, Accounting, or Business Management); or 6 years and a Master's degree / education; or a PhD with 3 yearsIf no BS degree, 10+ years of experience.Has a wide range of experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective waysWorks on complex issues where analyzing situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables. Exercises judgement in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinates other's tasksMay manage a group such as coordinating activities regarding costs, methods and staffingBackground partnering with senior executives on growth strategiesPrioritize multiple tasks, work effectively under stress, meet short deadlines, and take directions. Ability to identify problems and implement or recommend solutions.Active problem solver and creative thinker who can think on their feet and define and manage an ongoing test & learn agenda.Must be highly adept and capable of building and maintaining trusting partnerships and collaborative relationships across a matrix organizationHigh level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Google Analytics or similar platform; preferred experience with analysis tools, such as Tableau.
