Chobani is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Transformation – Productivity Programs to lead and execute productivity programs across our manufacturing operations. This role will focus on driving cost optimization, efficiency improvements, and strategic initiatives that align with the company’s growth and operational excellence goals. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader with a proven track record of implementing impactful programs in large scale environments.
ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership:
Lead productivity initiatives for plants, ensuring alignment with strategic organizational goals. Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, from ideation and planning to execution and monitoring. Collaborate with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key productivity opportunities.Operational Efficiency:
Design and implement programs to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance performance. Analyze manufacturing processes to uncover bottlenecks and recommend solutions. Develop tools and dashboards to track progress and provide actionable insights.Strategic Transformation:
Partner with leadership to define a productivity roadmap and transformation strategy. Benchmark industry best practices and apply insights to Chobani’s manufacturing operations. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and foster employee engagement in productivity efforts. Financial Impact: Quantify and report on financial impact of productivity programs, including cost savings and ROI. Ensure alignment with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Change Management:
Lead change management efforts to ensure successful program adoption and sustainability. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to build alignment and commitment.Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in business transformation, or productivity program management. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable results in a manufacturing setting. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Excellent project management and organizational abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with diverse teams. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and operational analysis software. Highly organized with the ability to drive several complex initiatives in parallel. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate big-picture goals into actionable plans. Self-motivated leader with a hands-on approach to driving results. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Comfortable standing, walking, and moving around a warehouse for extended periods. Capability to work in various environmental conditions (e.g., cold, heat, dust). This role typically works in an office and/or warehouse facility and outdoors as required, which may involve exposure to various weather conditions and physical demands. Travel up to 75% of the time. Travel locations will vary based on business needs.

Compensation Range: $128,000.00 - $192,000.00, plus bonus.
