As a Bank Senior Manager responsible for Resolution & Recovery Planning, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the infrastructure for the development, testing and execution activities of the bank’s resolution and recovery plans. This position requires a strong understanding of financial services, risk management, regulatory frameworks, and business process analysis. The position is an individual contributor role that reports to the Director – Bank Resolution & Recovery Planning.
Key Outcomes:
+ Support and assist in the development, analysis, and review of the bank’s FDIC resolution plan, ensuring efficiency and scale.
+ Gather, analyze, and interpret financial, operational, and legal data to identify potential risks and gaps in resolution and recovery strategies.
+ Facilitate the necessary updates to the resolution plan based on outcomes and results of testing and validation, including regulatory feedback.
+ Work closely with key stakeholders across various departments (finance, risk management, treasury, legal, and operations) to identify process, platform, and technology changes to ensure continuity of the repeatable resolution and recovery plans, strategies, and capabilities to reflect current operational and financial structures, and incorporate any organizational changes and updates.
+ Implement innovative systems and automation and drive process improvements that optimize and enhance the efficiency and strengthen processes for resolution planning, capabilities, and reporting to meet evolving regulatory requirements.
+ Ensure the bank’s resolution capabilities and functionality align with regulatory expectations and industry best practices.
**What you have**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Experience working with resolution plans and financial stress testing frameworks.
+ 7+ years of experience as a business analyst, banking, or a similar role within the financial services industry, with a focus on risk management, financial services, or regulatory compliance.
+ Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.

+ Proficient in business analysis tools (i.e., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
+ Proven organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously.
+ Strong collaboration, partnership and influencing skills, ability to effectively contribute to a team.
+ Knowledge of risk management practices and financial institution operations.
+ Experience in regulatory reporting and compliance.
**Preferred Qualifications** :
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting complex regulatory information to diverse audiences.

CO Salary Range: USD $87,800 - $195,200 / Year
