The Senior Manager, Clinical Informatics will lead, develop, and oversee the team that drives implementation, and optimization of our digital solutions. This role is responsible for guiding the team in leveraging clinical informatics methodology and best practices to improve healthcare workflows, enhance data-driven decision-making, and drive sustained clinical and operational outcomes. In this role, you will ensure the seamless integration of clinical technology with existing healthcare systems, optimize data utilization for continuous improvement, and support evidence-based practice transformation. This team partners with internal stakeholders to deliver quality pre and post deployment activities related to clinical workflow design and analysis along with establishing standard best-practices for implementation, deployment, and education.
What you will do:
Support and develop an implementation support strategy to promote excellence with our customersEstablish clinical coverage, targeting strategies, and enablement utilization process for assigned geographic areasDevelop and establish key performance metrics and measurement tools to be used for Clinical Informatics Team performance evaluationsCollaborate with Acute Care leaders and customers to ensure solutions align with nursing-sensitive indicators, operational efficiencies, and quality improvement goalsEstablish standardized processes for clinical data collection, analysis, and reporting to measure and demonstrate the impact of implemented solutionsDrive the adoption and optimization of clinical informatics tools to improve user experience, workflow efficiency, and patient outcomesEnsure ongoing education and competency development within the Clinical Informatics team to keep pace with evolving healthcare technologies and best practicesWhat you need:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing or other related healthcare discipline requiredMinimum of 10 years of work experience required4 years of people management experience required Demonstrated experience in strategic development and execution of programs or process improvementPreferred:
MBA, MSN or advanced degree preferredMedical device, clinical, or marketing/sales experience preferredIndustry experience with demonstrated success working cross-functionally preferredClinical consultant experience in clinical workflow analysis or process design preferredExperience in supporting healthcare technology such as nursing informatics preferred$149,300 - $253,100 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
