The Sr. Commercial Manager Distributors is a key role within the EMEA Distributor Commercial Team. The Sr. Commercial Manager supports the Commercial Director to achieve the commercial goals for the respective geographical region (EU or MEA) leading and working closely together with our Distributor partners. They will lead the full E2E operation per partner assigned – Key focus on The Apparel Group global business
The EMEA Distributor market is comprised of 75+ countries managed by 20 Distributor partners in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
What You'll Do Reporting line of SNR Commercial coordinator [note to gain people report experience] Development of tracking files – strategic plans, LRP, Market visit documents Owner of Crocs x Apparel Group business [global governance] TBC Own E2E relationship with Apparel Group and with Brand Folio Report on India AG trading – TBC Report weekly on key KPI’s, store openings, country unlocks etc… Be present in market every 60 days – HQ or travelling markets Validation of WHLS partners Validation of Retail partners – sub DA [if approved] Coordination and tracking of new business opportunities – commercial, product, marketing Partner feedback E2E ownership: receiving templates, validating contents (FC, QBR, Inventory, Strategy deck, etc),FC/order analyze and communicate with distributors Shipment overview tracker Orderbook call off and booking tracker Pickup and payment flow Stock order opportunities, upside requests – coordinate with DI team Royalty monitoring and registration WHS fixture order - validating with partner before sign off Price list review and analyze Collab, energy communication A-Z LL Validation and upload, communication Market overview update Wholesale Accounts Overview & Updates LRP aligned with partner Monthly partner meetings – XF team, Organization, minutes, actions QBR with Commercial director Annual business review with VP & Dept leads Special deal-case management : Owners coordination of additional discount [once approved] to specific orders. Own All partner communications – reinforce if not sending directly What You'll Bring to the Table Minimum Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent experience in Business or International Management Knowledge of Business Administration, Commerce, Statistics Minimum 5 years of full-time professional experience in Sales or Commercial role with an international brand that operates across multiple markets and channels (Wholesale, Retail, Digital/E-Com).
