This candidate will be a key, visible member of Ford Model e team working across all vertical areas of the Ford Model e business to develop integrated plans that will span multiple skill teams.
This new role reports to the Head of Product Marketing and Strategy and has primary responsibility for the brand management and consumer marketing strategy for all in-market vehicle lines and future launches. The role will focus on establishing, monitoring and growing the overall market presence of Model e vehicles across the US Market to help bring consistency and efficiency while driving business results. Brand Management and Consumer Marketing for In Market Products Develop and execute brand management and consumer marketing strategies for in-market automotive products, ensuring alignment with overarching brand goals. Create go-to-market materials, messaging, and positioning tailored to different audiences to drive consumer engagement and dealer support. Collaborate weekly with Product Managers, Sales/Merchandising, Marketing Communications, Media Communications, and Integrated Services to ensure consistent messaging and value propositions across the customer journey. Champion the vehicle line brand strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy and adherence across all communications. Lead the development of tools and resources to support the selling cycle and enhance sales efforts. Establish and oversee market and competitive monitoring to assess brand health and develop strategies to optimally position products with consumers. Manage integrated, multi-channel communications, coordinating with experts across employee, internal, external, social, earned, and paid media, thought leadership, digital, web, email, and events channels. Ensure alignment of messaging across all communications in collaboration with Marketing Communications and Media Communications teams.
