Manage the daily operations of the team, creating performance metrics, providing continuous feedback, and conducting quarterly performance reviews. Is an advocate for our customer and will work with both internal and external customers to ensure all deadlines and requirements are met. **Key Accountabilities:** + Management of team. Create team metrics and set challenging individual goals. Conduct performance reviews quarterly and provide continuous feedback to team members; educates/trains/coaches team on best practices. Analyze workload and capacity. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of enrollment system builders, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. + Ensure all case configurations meet the required timelines, and all company standards are met.. Oversee the design, development, and continuous improvement of enrollment system solutions. Manage system integrations, troubleshooting, and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. + Advocate for customer. Works with internal/external teams, and outside partners/vendors to ensure we meet the needs of our customers; manages exceptions; analyzes cases. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system requirements align with organizational objectives & timelines. + Streamline and optimize the processes involved in case build to improve efficiency and productivity. This may include automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives. **Minimum Requirements:** + Minimum of 5 years prior supervisory experience in coaching, mentoring, and training staff. + Demonstrated experience in quality management and process improvements. + Previous experience with developing performance metrics. + Demonstrates consultative solutions in customer problem solving. + Mobilizes cross-functional teams. + Demonstrated ability to configure systems. + Technical aptitude. Ability to learn technical systems and software. + Proficiency in MS Office suite and Selerix + Excellent verbal/written communication skills. + Strong knowledge of enrollment systems, process automation, and workflow optimization. + Demonstrated ability to implement system improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness. + Strong leadership capabilities, an eye for operational efficiency, and a deep understanding of system architecture and process improvement. **Preferred:** + College degree. + Prior experience using enrollment software. + Knowledge of insurance products. + Project management skills. The compensation range for this role is (based on the corporate location in Lake Forest, Illinois): $69,776.00 - $100,788.00 per year The final salary offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus.
