YOUR IMPACT
The Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications – Legal & Learning is responsible for leading the strategy, implementation, and management of enterprise applications that support the Legal and Learning domains. This role will oversee a portfolio of SaaS and on-premise applications, ensuring the project delivery aligns with business objectives, delivers operational efficiencies, and provides an optimal user experience. The Senior Manager will also play a key role in designing the organizational model to support these applications effectively. Reporting to the Senior Director, Enterprise Applications, the Senior Manager will work closely with leaders across Legal and Learning team,s leveraging an agile approach to delivery.

 

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
•    Develop and execute the enterprise applications strategy for the Legal and Learning domains, ensuring alignment with business needs and IT standards.
•    Provide technical leadership on projects while ensuring quality and timely execution.
•    Collaborate with Legal and Learning leadership to understand business needs and implement technical solutions that improve processes and leverage best practices.
•    Manage the application stack including Docebo, SuccessFactors Learning, Legal Tracker, Export Compliance, Watershed, and more.
•    Design an organizational model to ensure effective support, governance, and resource alignment.
•    Lead a team of developers and specialists in delivering projects, enhancements, and integrations.
•    Utilize an agile approach to delivery, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to business needs.
•    Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of applications and initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement.
•    Communicate effectively across IT and business leadership, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and risks.
 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
•    Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
•    10+ years of experience in enterprise applications management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
•    Proven experience managing both SaaS and on-premise applications.
•    Strong understanding of IT governance, enterprise architecture, and application lifecycle management.
•    Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
•    Experience managing full lifecycle projects and delivering positive outcomes at scale.
•    Ability to drive strategic initiatives while managing day-to-day operations effectively.
•    Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.
