Sr. Manager, Enterprise Sales - Enliven Health
EnlivenHealth is seeking a **Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales** who embodies our **ELEVATE principles** to drive our growth strategy. This role involves reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer and collaborating closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to lead our enterprise sales organization towards significant expansion and success. **Responsibilities:** + **Collaborate:** Work closely with SLT to **execute** an effective go-to-market strategy, leveraging best practices to ensure sales discipline in forecasting and win rates. Develop and maintain executive relationships to grow and retain existing clients, constantly exploring new opportunities within our customer base. + **Develop:** Build a best-in-class enterprise sales function. **Inspire** by mentoring and developing strong team leaders who can autonomously execute the vision and achieve performance objectives. Focus on attracting, onboarding, and retaining top talent while managing out underperformers. + **Execute:** Lead new business acquisition to enhance customer win rates, operationalize quarterly and annual growth goals, and hold the team accountable. Establish and refine monthly forecasting and business reviews to ensure transparency and accuracy in meeting growth targets. + **Inspire:** Promote a culture of high performance and accountability. Engage with transparency in providing forecasts and projections to the SLT, fostering an environment where every team member is motivated to excel. **Required Knowledge and Skills:** + **Experience at a High-Growth Software Company:** Proven experience in a profitable growth environment with a subscription-based, recurring revenue B2B model, ideally from a provider of retail pharmacy solutions. + **Leadership in Healthcare Sales:** Demonstrated ability in structuring and leading high and low-velocity sales teams, with a deep understanding of selling to key decision-makers in retail pharmacy, healthcare systems, and other healthcare stakeholders. + **Building High-Performing Teams:** A track record of building and leading teams that consistently overachieve quotas, developing sales leaders capable of making independent, high-quality decisions. + **Metrics-Driven:** Expertise in implementing and tracking KPIs to drive performance, optimize sales operations, and utilize CRM tools like Salesforce for enhanced reporting, forecasting, and analytics. **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree. + 10+ years of experience in a high-growth software company. + 10+ years in strategic account sales, leadership, complex negotiations, and sales team management. + Experience in value-based solution sales environments. **Preferred Knowledge and Skills:** + Prior experience at a SaaS company providing solutions in the healthcare industry. **Work Conditions:** + Expect to travel up to 50% of the time. + Work from a home-based office while managing remote resources. + High focus workload during the end of each quarter.
